Cancel an order

You can cancel an order in any of these ways:

A cancellation notice must include your full name and ID number, and preferably your order number.

Cancellation form

Fields marked "required" must be filled in.

The law requires it in a cancellation notice.

It's in your order confirmation email.

If you're cancelling only part of the order, list the products. To cancel the whole order, leave this empty.
